Domestic orders may be returned to our guideshop or online — anytime, for any reason. Online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit.
All international orders, sale items, as well as personalised or made-to-order products, are final sale and are not eligible for return. Your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.
All domestic gift returns receive store credit.

Full Refund. If the domestic return is received within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 7 days but before 30 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.

We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.
